Sometimes, no matter how careful you are, your vehicle may start sliding on a slippery road in winter. Instead of panicking, you can take the following measures to help prevent you from getting into an accident.

First of all, drive more slowly. This is the single most important thing you can do when driving in snowy and icy conditions. The higher your speed is, the more likely you will start sliding and the more difficult it will be to correct that slide.
